Shipping & Handling:
CellCables.com feels the internet should be a terrific place to shop and therefore makes every effort to get orders shipped no later than the next business day after payment is received. We ship packages Monday - Friday.
USA 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
STANDARD - We ship STANDARD shipments via USPS First Class mail. Average delivery times are 3-7 business days and includes delivery confirmation. Costs begin at $4.95 and depends on items purchased.
EXPEDITED - We ship expedited requests using USPS Priority Mail. Shipments are processed Monday - Friday, and weekend pickup is not available. Costs begin at $8.95 and depend on items purchased.
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
Standard and Expedited shipments may require additional delivery time to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico
Outside the USA
We have temporarily suspended all shipments outside the USA. Shipping to Canada may be available in the near future, but is not at this time.
Return Policy:
Refunds are granted only on unopened products, and do not include shipping charges. Due to software being involved with most purchases, once the package has been opened, we are unable to offer a refund. We do, however, stand 100% behind our product. All cables have a 1-year warranty and any defective cables will be replaced within this time period. A new cable will be shipped free of charge to the customer once the defective item is received. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on cable exchanges. Any returns or exchanges accepted by us will require an RMA number be issued. Please e-mail Service@CellCables.com for questions about returns. Any items in good condition on which we accept a return may be subject up to a 20% restocking fee.
